4. SciVis: Domain Customized, Scalable Visualization Software for

--------------------------------------------------------------------------- From: Homa Karimabadi <homakar@gmail.com> Most visualization software only have generic functionality and often significant customization is required on the part of the user. Many scientists do not have the time or resources for such customization. It also happens that often after spending significant time and resources the visualization software is found to have inherent limitations and a switch is made to yet another viz tool. The purpose of the SciVis toolkit is to address these issues within the context of the open source visualization applications VisIt and ParaView. We are currently collecting visualization requirements from members of the community, developing domain specific customization and even working with individuals to get them up and running with their visualization needs. For additional information or help in visualization of your simulation data, please contact Burlen Loring (burlen.loring@gmail.com) or Homa Karimabadi (homakar@gmail.com) at SciberQuest, Inc.
